About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. Submitting an enquiry to the Care Digital Innovation Programme is not a contract for services; any project that follows will be governed by a separate written scope and agreement signed by both parties.
The programme
Programme participation is offered at Elphia Tech's discretion and is subject to cohort capacity. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a place. Discovery and scoping carry no charge and no obligation; either party may decline to proceed before a scope is signed.
