About Elphia Tech

Elphia Tech Ltd is a software company delivering local and international software to private and commercial institutions. We design, build and support systems that solve real operational problems — from internal business tools to customer-facing platforms.

Our work in the UK care sector starts from a simple conviction: care organisations are doing some of the most important work in the country with some of the worst tools. Managers run compliance, staffing, maintenance and reporting through spreadsheets, paper and WhatsApp — not because they lack imagination, but because bespoke software has been too expensive, too complex to specify, and too risky to commission without technical expertise.

We exist to remove that barrier. We design and build purpose-made software around the operational problems care organisations actually have — in plain English, with a written scope, and with security designed in from day one.

The Care Digital Innovation Programme is our way of giving back. Care organisations do some of the most important work in the country, often with tools that have not kept pace — spreadsheets, paper and group chats where proper systems should be. Designing and building bespoke software for organisations that could not otherwise commission it is how we help put that right. It is also how we build our portfolio and our customer base within the care sector.

That focus works in participants' favour. Because the care sector is where we are growing, every programme project gets our senior people and our best work: the people who write your scope are the people who build your system and answer the phone afterwards. That is not how most software agencies work, and it is the standard we intend to be judged by.

If the programme works, it works because the systems we build are genuinely used, the problems are genuinely solved, and the managers we work with would recommend us without hesitation. That is the only outcome we are interested in.
