Dear reader,
We are Muhammed-Ali and Stephen, and we started Elphia Tech because we kept meeting organisations doing serious work with tools that weren't serious: spreadsheets only one person understood, paper nobody could find when it mattered, decisions living in group chats.
So we build the systems those organisations were promised — software designed around the way you actually work, not around a product we are trying to sell. You describe the problem in plain English; we write down exactly what will be built before anything is; security is designed in from day one; and we stay with the system after launch.
We are small on purpose. No account managers, no hand-offs — the people you meet on the first call are the people who design, build, and stand behind your software.

What we build
Every organisation runs on processes that off-the-shelf software never quite fits. We build the system that fits yours.
Custom web applications
Systems shaped around how your organisation actually operates — not a generic product you have to bend your work around.
Internal business tools
Replace spreadsheets, paper forms and group chats with one proper system: records, workflows, reminders and an audit trail.
Customer-facing platforms
Portals, booking systems and service platforms that the people you serve use directly — simple enough to need no manual.
Dashboards & reporting
The numbers you need, pulled into one place automatically — so reporting stops being a monthly scramble.
How we work
Commissioning custom software shouldn't require technical expertise. Our process is plain English from start to finish.
The conversation
You describe the problem and how your organisation works today. No specification document needed — that's our job.
The written scope
We write down exactly what will be built, what it will do, and what it won't. Nothing gets built until you agree it.
Build and refine
We build in stages and show you working software early, so what you're getting is never a surprise.
Launch and support
We launch, train the people using it, and stay with the system afterwards — fixes, questions and improvements.
Our current focus: the care sector
Care organisations are doing some of the most important work in the country with some of the worst tools. Managers run compliance, staffing, maintenance and reporting through spreadsheets, paper and WhatsApp — not for lack of imagination, but because bespoke software has been too expensive, too complex to specify, and too risky to commission without technical expertise.
That is the sector where we are growing, and where we are putting our best work: purpose-made software designed around the problems care organisations actually have.
The Care Digital Innovation Programme
We design, build and support bespoke software for up to 10 UK care organisations at no charge. No technical knowledge required — tell us your problem and we take it from there.
No obligation beyond an initial conversation.
Why Elphia Tech
Senior people on every project. The people who write your scope are the people who build your system and answer the phone afterwards — not a sales team handing you over to strangers.
Plain English throughout. You should never need technical vocabulary to know what you're buying, what it will do, or what it will cost.
Security designed in
We treat security as a design requirement from day one, not a bolt-on: encrypted connections, role-based access, and clear agreements about who owns and can see your data. Your data is never shared with anyone, and you can export it in full at any time.
Who you'll be working with
Small on purpose. The people you meet on the first call are the people who design, build and support your software.
Muhammed-Ali Alliu
Co-Founder
I kept meeting organisations doing serious work with tools that weren't serious: spreadsheets only one person understood, and paper nobody could find when it mattered. Elphia Tech exists to build those organisations the system they were promised. Everything we ship has my name on it, so my job is making sure it's something I'd happily sign.
Stephen Nzekwesi
Co-Founder
We chose the care sector first for a simple reason: the work matters and the tools haven't kept up. What I care about is software that actually gets used — that a manager's Monday is genuinely easier because of what we built. If it doesn't hold up in a busy office on a wet Tuesday, it isn't finished.
